How long does it take to get a fully functional environment set up for my organization?

The time needed to implement your environment is a function of the number of Individuals, Teams, Quality Standards, etc. you anticipate needing. The most unique aspect for most organizations is the Quality Standards. Typically, once the Quality Standards have been defined by you and your staff the technical implementation of your environment can be accomplished in a matter of a week or two.

What kind of security is used?

Sophia Enterprises employees a number of security designs/features to insure only authorized individuals are given access to sensitive information:

Physical Security: Our systems are hosted by a Tier-1 data facility that restricts physical access to our system by use of electronic access cards and biometric measurements.

Electronic Security: Our servers and databases sit behind firewall protection, restricting electronic access to only authorized users; Our data is backed-up daily; and transmission of the data from your computer to our servers is done over 128-bit SSL; and

Application Security: Access to the system requires the user to supply credentials (e.g., username/password), furthermore, what each user is able to see depends on what Program they are associated with, what level of authority they`ve been given, and what Teams they are members of. As far as any user is concerned the only data in the system is that which they are authorized to view, no more.

What sorts of Authority Levels am I able to define?

During the implemention process your Account Manager will ask you for a list of Roles your organization uses (e.g., Staff, Supervisor, Manager, Director, etc). For each of these Roles you can assign one of 5 Authorization Levels:

LEVEL 5: No access to the system (e.g., your Consumers, Students, Clients, etc),

LEVEL 4: Authorized to enter data and run only those Analysis graphs designated by you (e.g., direct care givers),

LEVEL 3: Same as LEVEL 4 plus add/edit Individuals and Teams, plus larger set of Analysis graphs (e.g, Supervisors or Managers),

LEVEL 2: Same as LEVEL 3 plus add/edit PSR Surveys and Quality Standards for Programs they are associated with, plus larger set of Analysis graphs (e.g., Program Directors, etc),

LEVEL 1: Same as LEVEL 2 plus add/edit Programs and full range of Analysis graphs.
